A GHS 300.00 order earns 300 pts, worth GHS 3.00. That is 1% back, and more once you reach a higher tier.

Ways to earn
Buying earns points on every delivered order. Other actions pay a fixed amount, up to the limit shown.

Spending
Using your points
At checkout, choose how many points to apply and the amount comes straight off your total.
- Spend from 500 ptsThe smallest amount you can use is 500 pts (GHS 5.00).
- Up to 50% of an orderPoints can cover up to 50% of an order's item total, and you pay the rest. Orders under GHS 10.00 are too small to pay with points.
- Cancelled orders give points backIf an order you paid for with points is cancelled or refunded, those points go back into your balance.

If you have fewer points than that, you can use as many as you have, as long as it is at least 500 pts.
Tiers
Earn more, get more
Your tier depends on the points you have earned over the last 12 months, not on your current balance, so spending points never lowers it. Higher tiers multiply the points you earn from purchases.

The multiplier applies only to points from purchases. Reviews, referrals and other fixed rewards pay the same amount at every tier. Tiers are updated on a regular schedule, so the rate you see at checkout is the rate you get.
Invite friends
Invite a friend. You both earn.
Share your personal invite link from your Qest Points page. Your friend gets 500 pts when they sign up with it. You get 1,000 pts (GHS 10.00) when their first order of GHS 50.00 or more is delivered and not returned.
Know a business that should sell here? When a seller you invited has a listing approved and pays their first subscription invoice, you get 2,000 pts.

- · You earn nothing for a sign-up alone. You earn when your friend receives an order.
- · Inviting yourself does not count, for example a new account with your own email or phone number.
- · If many of your invites qualify in one day, our team checks them before your points are added.
Points last 12 months
Points expire 12 months after the day you earn them, and your oldest points are always used first. We email you 30 days before any points expire. Your Qest Points page also shows anything expiring in the next 60 days, so you have time to use them.

Common questions
Do I need to sign up for Qest Rewards separately?
No. Every QestMall account is a member from the moment it is created, and it costs nothing. Create an account and you start collecting points on your first delivered order.
When do my points arrive?
Purchase points are added when your order is marked delivered, not when you pay. That way a cancelled order never gives you points that then have to be taken back.
What happens if I return or get a refund on an order?
The points that order earned are taken back, and any points you spent on it are given back to you. If you had already spent the earned points, your balance can briefly go below zero. It clears itself against the next points you earn.
Can I exchange points for cash?
No. Points work as a discount at checkout. They are not paid out as money.
Do I earn points on the part of an order I pay with points?
No. Points are earned on the amount you pay in cash, excluding delivery fees. Otherwise you could earn points just by spending points.
Where can I see my balance and history?
On your Qest Points page. It shows your balance and its cedi value, your tier, anything expiring soon, and every point you have earned or spent, with the reason for each.
Reviews earn points only for products you have bought, with at least 40 characters of written feedback. More help is on our FAQ page.
